Quaker Bridge Forest
A quick update to show that I’m still alive and exploring the Pine Lands of New Jersey. These photographs show the burnt out regions near Quaker bridge road.

I need to get motivated and get my drone back out. I intend to do the commercial licensing thing so I can do a little something with drone footage and photos. They are fun and give a unique look at the world we live in.
Thanks Bob, I’m in in OBX on vacation.
The final one, with the river snaking through the forest is interesting. Almost like a picture in the fall!
Thanks Steve, I’m on vacation, working from my phone, for the first time. Thanks for the visit and comments.
Hello Louis, Im visiting from the FAA bloggers group. These forest fires are getting more and more common which is a shame. Great view point from a drone
Thank you Anne, for the visit and nice comments.
Isn’t that heartbreaking. We just had weeks of fires in our areas and crazy thing is they were set by the forest service. I know they need to do it BUT they picked the windiest time of year. “controlled” fires became out of control for about 7 weeks :/
Greetings Rebecca,
They don’t know who set these, they are investigating. Yes sad. Thanks for the visit.
